Product Description

This semi automatic Granule Making Machine is reckoned for 100 kg/hr production capacity. This direct driven type PLC based system is used for producing bulk granules of PVC, PET, LDPE, PP etc. Extrusion unit of this machine is compatible with different working condition. Shearing speed of this unit is slow and its plasticization effect is good. Its hydraulic screen can be changed in less than 2 seconds without delaying its productivity. The operator can install bracing die in this machine to shape up granules. Offered Granule Making Machine is also equipped with motor controlled vibrator to enhance its productivity.
